Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Roll out your pizza dough on a clean, floured surface into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick to ensure even cooking and a perfect golden crust.
  2. Spread Tomato Sauce: Generously spread a thin layer of fresh tomato sauce over the dough, leaving about an inch bare along one long edge to allow for sealing the rolls later.
  3. Add the Fillings: Evenly scatter the chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach over the sauce. Sprinkle minced garlic, dried oregano, and shredded mozzarella cheese on top to build flavor and texture.
  4. Roll and Seal: Starting at the long edge opposite the bare strip, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Use a little water along the bare edge to seal the roll effectively.
  5. Slice and Bake: Slice the log into 1-inch rolls and place them cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
