Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Drain the sauerkraut thoroughly to avoid sogginess. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface and spread a thin, even layer of Thousand Island dressing over each tortilla as a flavorful base.
  2. Layer the fillings: Evenly distribute thinly sliced corned beef over the dressing on each tortilla. Next, add the drained sauerkraut, then top with slices of Swiss cheese to ensure a melty texture when baked.
  3. Roll it up tightly: Starting at one edge, carefully roll each tortilla tightly to secure all fillings inside without gaps or spills, forming a firm roll.
